Every year before enrolling in ANY programs each youth MUST

  1. Complete a membership application & pay fee

  2. When a program is available, then complete the program registration & pay fee

A membership and program registration (including fees) should be submitted each year!

Once the membership application (and fee) has been approved by the YLSBC team, youth may be able to register for programs.
